Key Features of the Tournament and Benefits for Our Players:
Each team will participate in 6-7 matches on turf wickets!
Every player will have the chance to attend three try outs held at Elite Cricket training facilities in Melbourne.
Try out sessions are conducted by premier coaches from Victoria, with mentorship provided by players from state and premier teams.
Each franchise is equipped with a dedicated team that includes a head coach, batting coach, bowling coach, and fielding coach to aid in skill development and ensure a pathway similar to that of elite-level players.
Role based training provided to enhance player development and strengthen their core skills.
Matches are officiated by qualified and experienced umpires, supported by a dedicated administrative staff.
Teams entering the inaugural season will transition to a draft pick system, with some or all players retained by the franchise to continue their overall development.
